The Board of Our Food 1200 is currently looking to appoint an additional volunteer director with first-hand knowledge of commercial small-scale and/or field-scale agroecological fruit and vegetable production in Wales.
Our Recruitment Pack explains more about the role and gives details of how to apply, but briefly, directors are appointed for a three-year term, with the Board meeting in person or online every two to three months. Directors are also involved in other activities according to their skills and time.
The Board fully understands that growers lead very busy lives and will be as flexible as possible with time commitments.
This is a great opportunity to progress the aims of Our Food 1200, and to help shape our strategy and direction. It’s also a great way to make sure your voice is heard, and to complement and enhance the Board’s current collective skills.
